Add ordernorm transformation for spectra

This has some useful data normalization properties to make data gaussian. https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/bestNormalize/versions/1.7.0/topics/orderNorm May be a useful transformation for the spectra.

I played around with this a little and it didn't work. Added too much noise in the signal.
