This should be a purely opt-in sort of thing. So no additional emails unless requested.

  1. new uploads on the project.

  2. conflicting identifications on a project ( perhaps on a species basis ? )

  3. "unknown" identifications on a project.

  4. new "best of" pictures on a project.
