Got stuck in ivy-common process

As title, I am currently stuck in ivy-resolve-common process for like 15 minutes. Is it common or not? Thanks a lot for help!

I have the same situation. It just stucked and I waited for a very long time. My OS is ubuntu 14.04 x64, Java version is 1.7.
