sfsu update resets config

Describe the bug
Every time I run sfsu update it resets the config.json inside ~/.config/scoop/, removing the line that disables the aria2 warning for example (it is the only custom config I have so maybe that is the only one affected).
Expected behavior
It should not change my configuration.
