[BUG] Vista online queries don;t work through astroquery

Describe the bug
Astroquery has the wrong URL for the vista server (It has horus.roe.ac.uk which no longer works, should be vsa.roe.ac.uk). Logging before we forget.

Opened a PR upstream (astropy/astroquery#3033) to fix this issue
