Proposal

gRPC is particularly popular among Golang developers. It would be nice to demonstrate how this extension can be used with https://github.com/wiremock/wiremock-testcontainers-go by reusing the https://github.com/wiremock/wiremock-grpc-demos/ example and demos in the WireMock project
