Curious how you're deciding on using start of month for mariadb (Recent releases seem match the day of GA date, hence curious).

Ah, there is not special reason.
Recently, End-of-life for 10.9 was "22 Aug 2023"

Now, End-of-life for 10.9 is "Aug 2023"
This issue was created by this difference.
Because of my rough script, "Aug 2023" is show as 2023-08-01 in title and description.
