dns pinning is putting IP as hostname, not original host

I think remove the if at https://github.com/fin1te/safecurl/blob/master/src/fin1te/SafeCurl/Url.php#L53
then change https://github.com/fin1te/safecurl/blob/master/src/fin1te/SafeCurl/Url.php#L193 to take that logic instead.

May make a patch this weekend if I get on a better device
