Increase bounce angle on paddle ends

The angle of bounce right on the paddle ends should be more oblique. This helps to get the ball to bounce into narrow horizontal spaces, such as those in round 3. This should only apply right on the ends of the paddle and so may require special zones which aren't part of the current 8 (which are dynamic and increase in width when the paddle widens).
