Show per-lot cost basis found in confirmation docs

The output files are showing the per-lot vmw cost basis with the 2018 and/or 2021 Form 8937 distributions already subtracted. It may avoid confusion if the original cost basis found on the confirmation page was also shown in the per-lot output.
