Unable to connect to Sftp host [UK01DRS6163]. Changing any Send Port Transport properties might require the host to be restarted, as the connection pool might still have connections"

we have seen this issue in codeplex also, we have tried the recommended changes to set ConnectionLimit = 0, This isn't resolving the issue and still we are getting this issue.

In our case, we have dynamic send ports for whihc we are setting this flag, we have around 2 dynamic send ports and 25 receive Location for SFTP.

Please help if you have any recommendation
