"Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'hmac-sha1-96' Key being added: 'hmac-sha1-96'"

In our case, we have dynamic send ports for whihc we are setting this flag, we have around 2 dynamic send ports and 25 receive Location for SFTP.

We are unable to replicate this error. This is appearing at he send port level.
