add "grade" to the validation summary

Add a "grade" as suggested in wmo-im/wcmp#53, including "U" if KPI-1 (ATS) did not yield 100%.
Moreover, print the "summary" only if more than one KPI was validated - grade has no meaning for a single KPI.

The "summary" validation output is another little thing that caught my eye while playing with the tool.
