Undefined variable: "$phone-width"

Apologies, my last pull request broke gulp-slate's app.scss file when $phone-width is not specified via the optional variables.

I believe pull request #17 should be a final fix.

Thank you for so proactively adding the option to use variables (once Slate sets their variables to !default).
