Hi i looking inside in the manifest of your app, and i found the min say 30 and the max say 29, it shouldn't have been the reverse or is it like this for some reason?

Edit: Now i get it the one is min 30 for the permission MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
and the other max 29 for the permission WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Yes, that's right - these are restrictions for the property in which they are set.
