Filling hours input causing skipping over the minutes input

In case I want to put values into the input of the hours - the input causes a jump to the input of the seconds.
The desired behavior is that the focus will be on the input of the minutes after the hours are filled.

I added an animation describing the problem:

Do you have a suggestion on how to prevent this behavior?
