In your usuage description, you point to:

use Lunatic666\Monolog\Formatter\BunyanFormatter;

Your latest package on composer doesn't have such class but:

Lunatic\Monolog\Formatter\BunyanFormatter

I'm closing this issue, that last commit was in 2016, perhaps this isn't the repository for monolog-bunyan-formatter available on composer.
