Add subfolder support to the OpenChordsData/Songs folder

Many people use sub-folders to help categorize their songs. e.g. for difference languages, new songs, Christmas carols etc.....

What needs to be done is as follows:

• Add a new field called subfolder in the song metadata section
• Whatever is entered here will create a new subfolder on saving the song
