Camera focal lengths should be locked to whole numbers. For example, there is a 34.98mm and a 35.28mm lens but no 35mm.

I just found in another ticket that the keyboard shortcuts [ and ] change the focal length by set amounts (12mm, 16mm, 18mm, etc).
