Using rPlotter without tiff-support?

Hi,

I've trouble installing EBImage with tiff-support because libtiff isn't available on my system (Mac OS X Mavericks). Is there any chance to install rPlotter without tiff-support of EBImage?

Hi Jerry,

I didn't know that the EBImage might cause a pain on Mac (I haven't tried using R on a Mac yet).

Instead of installing EBImage without libtiff, how about getting libtiff working on your system? I found the following two links that might be helpful. I can't test it myself tho. Please give it a go and let me know if you can get rPlotter working on your Mac. That will be great!

I've installed libtiff via homebrew. Now I can use rPlotter.
