To meet the requirements set by WordPress, we need to modify the readme.txt file of the plugin. Here are the following recommendations:

  • Tags - should be maximum 5 tags.
  • Short Description - A maximum of 150 characters.
  • Description - A maximum of 1500 words is supported.
  • Changelog - A maximum of 1500 words is supported.
