Card Brand Icon not showing in legacy checkout experience

Describe the bug
When you turn on the legacy checkout experience, the card brand icon doesn't appear based on the input card number. However, when you turn off the legacy checkout experience option, the card brand icon appears perfectly.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Enable legacy checkout experience
- Navigate to checkout and enter a card number.
- A card brand icon should appear as it used to appear on earlier versions.
Expected behavior
A card brand icon should appear as it used to appear on earlier versions.

- WordPress Version: 6.5.3
- WooCommerce Version: 8.9.1
- Stripe Plugin Version: 8.3.1
- Browser [e.g. chrome, safari] and Version: Firefox, Chrome and Safari - Latest.
- Any other plugins installed: WooPayments, WP Mail Logging and Query Monitor
