Versions in since tags are not being replaced

Describe the bug:
About 10 placeholders x.x.x in @since tags have not been replaced in past releases. For example: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-google-analytics-integration/blob/1.7.1/woocommerce-google-analytics-integration.php#L85
Additional details:
Setting up the config.version_replace_paths in package.json can make Woorelease tool scan the missed directory and file.
