Header Animation Glitch on Pull-to-Refresh in Order and Products List

Describe the bug
When there are 100 products and 100 orders in the store, rapidly pulling to refresh the lists causes header glitches.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create 100 products and 100 orders in your test store using Smooth Generator.
  2. In the app, pull to refresh order and product lists.
  3. Repeat step 2, pulling quickly, until the issue occurs.

Expected behavior
Headers should be sticky, they shouldn't move with the list items.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

  • I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
  • This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
  • I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
