There is enough documentation on the project wiki, such that a new user, with no technical experience, could get up to speed on the purpose and usage of SFTP within the project.

A page has been created on the Wiki which documents the SFTP command in detail. It covers the background and underlying protocols that make up SFTP. It provides an example of how to generate an SSH key on a Linux system. It also provides a brief tutorial on the sftp command.
