Come up with a specific but still general rule for all png files needed in tex files

@kbjarkefur for stata-track 2, Ben and I added an except for png files to the gitignore so he could view all the completed presentations for stata-track 2. The except only includes png files for stata-track 2. I just wanted to keep you posted because the except regarding png files was originally only for the beamer_template folder.

ok, the solution for now is to do what you did in d0e06d7 , but once we merge all branches together we can probably do this in a better way so it does not have to be added in all new folders

I renamed the file and assigned to me for once we have merged all branches
