Move materials to GitHub location

Materials such as the agenda should not be linked on Dropbox raw -- should we use a similar approach and create a /resources/ folder or branch that these are located on?

I can remove for now, and then we decide something together with @luizaandrade.

I want to focus on fixing what needs to be fixed until I send this out to the first block of people today.
