done for this repo - let me know if there are any issues.

The only issue I see that is not automatically solved when doing this are API calls to the repo. I use that in generating identical GitHub training repos and in the GitHub reports. The former probably have some values hard coded that needs to be fixed, but the latter should be fine.

Send me a list of urls to other repos we should do this on. I do not think we should change the projects repos unless we ask them first or they ask us.
