[iecorrect]: Informative errors for type mismatch

When a string variable is entered on the numeric sheet or vice versa, Stata breaks at the corresponding correction returning type mismatch without details. This could be checked earlier in the command and tell the user which rows/variables are requesting impossible changes. I find that I mess this up frequently by writing in the wrong sheet...

not sure when this was fixed, but it is fixed. 574e7ae tests it.
