[QA] Notification to proceed the transaction appears again after user clicks on "Close" button

Describe the current behavior in detail
Checked on https://deploy-preview-2153--wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/ [Mainnet] with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 and Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (arm64).
Steps:
- Prepare to send 0.001 WSOL from Celo (MetaMask) to Solana (Phantom)
- Select "Manual Bridge" route in "Route" section
- Click on "Claim" button
- Click "Close" button in Phantom notification
Actual result: Phantom notification appears again.
Expected result: Notification does not appear again. Warning "Error with transfer, please try again" is shown to the user.
