[QA] [Improvement] Hide parentheses when token value could not be loaded

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on https://deploy-preview-2979--wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Steps:

  1. Prepare to send 1 USDC from Arbitrum (MetaMask) to Optimism (MetaMask)
  2. Click on "Review transaction" button
  3. Change slider position
  4. Check "Additional Gas" field

Actual result: Parentheses are still displayed when USD is not loaded.
Expected result: Parentheses are not displayed when USD is not loaded.
