[QA] Received amount (USDC) is incorrectly displayed in "Transaction history"

Describe the current behavior in detail

Steps to repro:

1. Send 0.5 USDC Arbitrum (MetaMask) to USDC Optimism (MetaMask)
2. Add 10% additional gas
3. Complete transaction
4. Check "Transaction history" page

What is the expected/desired behavior

Actual result: In "Transaction history" received amount is displayed as 0.5 USDC, but when transaction is completed the amount is displayed as 0.418615 USDC
Expected result: In "Transaction history" the amount user receive should be the same as in "Transaction complete" screen.

Issue reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/079ceedd85/ when sending 0.1 USDC from Arbitrum (MetaMask) to Base (MetaMask).
