[QA] "Additional Gas" field is shown on Transaction screen when route does not support sending additional gas

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/ecdc890a68/.

Steps:

1. Send 0.0005 wstETH from BSC (MetaMask) to Ethereum (MetaMask) with "NTT: Wormhole + Axelar" route
2. Check if "Additional gas" field is displayed

Actual result: "Additional Gas" field is shown on Transaction screen, but route does not support sending additional gas.
Expected result: "Additional Gas" field is not displayed Transaction screen.

Reproducible on https://portalbridge.com/ when sending 5 ARB from Arbitrum (MetaMask) to Solana (Phantom) with Mayan route. Link to Mayan Explorer.

Issue is no longer reproducible.
