[QA] Inconsistent display of zero USD equivalent on transaction history page

Describe the current behavior in detail

Environment:

• OS: macOS Sequoia 15.0.1
• Wallets: Coinbase, Solflare
• Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (x86_64)
• https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Initiate the transaction 0.01 L3 from Base (Coinbase) to Solana on Arbitrum (Solflare)
2. Navigate to the Transaction History page
3. Observe the USD equivalent for a transaction in the source chain and destination chain

Expected Result: The zero USD equivalent should be displayed consistently as ~$0.00 across both the source chain and the destination chain.

Actual Result: In the source chain, the zero USD equivalent is displayed as $0. In the destination chain, the zero USD equivalent is displayed as ~$0.00.

Issue is reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/f37b52e933/ when sending 0.00001 wstETH from BSC (MetaMask) to Ethereum (MetaMask) with "NTT: Wormhole + Axelar" route. Link to Wormholescan.
