Moonbeam Addresses Haven't Been Updated

The documentation says that Moonbeam is still read-only, but this has changed recently.
This address has deployed the contracts: 0xE2e2d9E31d7e1CC1178Fe0d1c5950f6C809816a3
I would make a PR myself, but I don't know what the testnet contracts are. Could someone who knows them update them?
