Major ui & animation improvements

Since React Native and Flutter can coexist, the UI no longer needs to follow the old design. It can be completely different.

Some ideas for now:

• Ship list rework
  • Ship list picker mode (select any ships, multi-select)
  • Special ship list (like the normal list but with customised action, like showing an alert instead of the details screen)
  • Enhanced filter system (filter by consumable, condition and even more)
  • Add tier lists and group ships by regions/nations
  • Show new ships in front
• Consumable & upgrade list
  • Show all ships with the item

Enhance animations:

• All lists with scrolling and entry animation
• More hero animations
• Collapsable headers
• More transition animations between pages instead of the native animation

Others:

• Use material you design
• Better desktop support
