Need optimize code and make it more modular

Hi I'm recently see your beautiful theme.
I watch your code and I think it need some beautify
and make it optimize in some places and try to use bootstrap more than now
and make some part of the code like header and footer more modular and separate some part of that

and I can do all of them and have some new idea for new part of the site
Did you like I do them and merge them
