Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I create a task, it is hard for me to find it on GitHub because I don't have any feedback about it on Slack after the creation process.

Describe the solution you'd like
Once the task is created, the bot sends a Slack DM to the user who created the task containing the link to the task.
The link is as follows: https://github.com/orgs/wp-media/projects/104?pane=issue&itemId=34969736, with 104 being the project ID and itemID being accessible as the databaseID.

Acceptance criteria
When I create a GitHub task through the TBTT global shortcut and when the task creation is successful, I receive a Slack DM from the TBTT containing the link to the GitHub task.
