Running Shortcake Bakery under php-fpm 7.0.x gives something like the following error:
Fatal error: 'continue' not in the 'loop' or 'switch' context in /srv/www/vvv-fusion-local/fusion-theme/lib/shortcake-bakery/inc/shortcodes/class-googledocs.php on line 236
