pin an IPFS hash (of a file/dir) via freemium pinning service's API

NOTE: for first PoC, you can have normal IPFS daemon or whatnot running in background, pre-fed manually with some ipfs add foobar.txt or whatever - just try to call pinning API and try to make sure it successfully pinned the file
