Planning to merge the scripts branch in to master, which provides the python script, and simplifies the instructions for using the xslt conversion (creates "manual" section). Leaves a placeholder for bash script as well.
Any reason not to merge?
Will also carry the xmlns-attribute and span-underline-escape branches with it too.
