Pretty-print HTML tables in output

The idea here is to at least allow the wikitext markup to be more readable if we're planning to leave HTML tables unconverted as discussed in #2

This can be done by adding returns or indentation as necessary.

Minor patch, not high priority at the moment. Any thoughts?

Doable, but, as you suggest, I don't think it should be a high priority.
