Add 'You might also like' section to the Upgrade tab.

Underneath the features table on the Upgrade tab I would like a 'You might also like...' section that contains three additional choices. I would say: Smart Reminder Emails, Address Labels and Automatic Order Printing.
If one of these plugins is currently installed, we can fade them slightly and add a 'Currently installed' label.
