[Share]: TCL data looks visually different after sharing w/custom time range

  1. Load https://alpha.blueraster.io/gfw-mapbuilder/test/congo4x/

  2. Turn on tree cover loss and apply a filter for time. After adjusting the filter, select share URL

  3. Time range is honored but the map visually looks different
