Revive tests from Waruddar's SVN version

Taken from #4. Landed in 0.7.0, but doesn't close that issue (duh).
In the original SVN repository (cloned here, for now) there were some files on the release folder that ran some test suit on the compiled CBash.dll

This issue is about reviving ObTest.py and at least including it in our CBash repo.
