Unable to download that dataset2

I am unable to download the data file for data set 2(where the matrix of 142450064 lies). I need this file as I am working on a project that deals with this data set.I have downloaded that file in my laptop but couldn't quite open the file to apply algorithms as it was too big a data file to handle for a 4 GB RAM.So,I decided to download on this computer of my department so that this 16 GB RAM would make my project hassle free.When I tried to click on the link that's provided, I couldn't download as the page's giving me 404 error:Page Not Found.(irony is about studying the research paper of Zhang et al. which shows how many kind of errors can happen and that 404 error topping that table :P).Please fix this link as soon as possible as I will be grateful to you guys.Cheers.
