Issues in SI Tooling ETL task wizard

Description:
ETL task wizard of SI Tooling 1.1.0 has the following issues.

Nested IfThenElse cannot be added via the expression editor.
Invalid path created when generating input mapping from XML.
Dynamic fields cannot be added to the payload in output mapping for XML.
