Unable to save JWKS endpoint in Service Provider configuration

Description:

Unable to edit the JSON web key set (JWKS) URI on their service provider configuration on the API Manager Management Console.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to "List" for Service Providers tab on the API Manager Management Console.
  2. Click "Edit" on a service provider.
  3. Add a valid URI to the JWKS URI field for Basic Information.
  4. Click "Update".
  5. Click "Edit" on the same Service provider updated previously and the JWKS URI field is now empty which means that the URI was not saved properly.
