Error when run <API-M_HOME>/dbscripts/mssql.sql "There is already an object named 'AM_APPLICATION_REGISTRATION' in the database."

This error has occured when try to run <API-M_HOME>/dbscripts/mssql.sql script and default db schema not is DBO.

The script contains the creation of the AM_APPLICATION_REGISTRATION table twice, but check exists in DBO schema
