Describe the issue:
Remove the 'New' feature label from IS console.

How to reproduce:

  • Navigate to the application creation page

Expected behavior:

  • The label should be removed.

  • Product Version: IS 7.0.0
  • OS: Mac
  • Database: H2
  • Userstore: [e.g., LDAP, JDBC]
